Sometimes, it seems as if life just has it in for us and we can never catch a break. In reality, there will always be moments we have little to no control over but, what we can always control is how we react to those moments.
Both stress and anxiety are normal components of everyday life. Stress is the result of frustration, anger, or anxiousness over a particular situation. Usually stress is caused by something we feel we have no control over. Anxiety is characterized by fear or apprehension, and in many cases, the cause may be unknown. If these feelings persist for more than six months a specific anxiety disorder is usually responsible. Both stress and anxiety are very personal experiences; what is stressful for one person may not be for another.you’ll learn about acceptance and how to exert your power of choice over whatever life may throw at you.
